Terrorisme et Developpement en Afrique : Contribution e l’Etude des Effets de la Menace sur le Developpement des Etats Africains Victimes du Crime

Abstract

Terrorism is a phenomenon which is harmful to the development of african countries which face it. In fact, since the period of colonisation, african countries face terrorist acts. Those acts are so violent, and they forced popualtions to displacements and provoke horrible events in their lives. The terrorist threat is dangerous for the sociopolitical development of african countries, because it distroys peace and security of those african countries. Moreover, the terrorist attacks are dangerous and harmful to the economic development of african countries, since the financial ressources which should be affected to the issue of building infrastructures in these countries, are affected to the purchase of military material and equipment. Furthermore, terrorist attacks are harmful to the cultural development of african countries. This statement is true because when the terrorist attacks happen, it hinders official and authorities to organise spectacles and other cultural events.
