Abstract
The procedure is considered inquisitorial when the judge exercises a leading role in the conduct of the proceedings and in the search for evidence. It is in this sense that inquisitoriality is the vector of the principle of contradiction in a contentious administrative procedure. Thus, the administrative judge occupies a central place in the said contentious administrative procedure, because it on the one hand prints a pace of proceedings through its leadership role demonstrated by the conduct of the trial and its prerogatives for the manifestation of truth; and on the other hand, guarantee is given to the consolidated litigant in the drafting of the decision and the remedies available to him
