Abstract
Since the French law of July 10, 1930, the requirement of formalism the modern aspects as opposed to its traditional face is undeniable. The unanimity of the legibility and apparentness of the mandatory mentions is no longer to be demonstrated. Today, we are moving towards a dazzling digital integration a transformation of at all levels of organizational management : e-insurance is thus, no longer an elitist concept but a new modus operandi which must be rooted in the heart of the "Business models" of insurance companies.
